hwk update problem - GSM-Forum

i have bought new hwk ufs micro....i have installed software but i m trying to update my hwk....but i m getting error....with out updat i can not use the ufs micro box...
the error i m getting is .....
grade log:

Disable firewall, close antivirus and then try.

registry double click 2.08 ur problem solv then main setup run

i have disable the firewall....but there is no antivirus there..if there is any anti virus

tell me how to disable.......

i m new..so if u tell me step by step ..wat to do..it will be better ..
