use latest hwk update 2.0.8.0

Do full update process and then update your HWK using support suite v2.0.8.0

try but same error...................

maybe ur hwk is dead same as mine

the same trouble for me, i have tryed to install hwk on another pc and now i have this error,for now i can't check if it work on old pc.
p.s. my hwk was allready working with last hwk update 2.0.8.0

there is no solution contact ur reseller or buy new hwk
