take a look at the button info and file format. ( mcu largest files, ppm contain language pack, cnt = image and other app.)

i think HWK manufactures should make an effort to provide a good user manual to come with the box. I dont understand why a user should ask THIRD PARTIEShow to use the box. Even common things that are easy to use, like cell phones, still come with detailed user manuals. i also bought a micro ufs recently and were it not for this forum there are so many things that would be confusing. Av seen even people who have had it for long ask basic questions on this forum. After spending more than 300USD i would have expected a better deal than having to guess my way thru the whole process. Even after you get to the support site with the correct model you get so many files that you cant make head or tail of if you are a new user. Thats why user manuals are .

right my friend
it is hard for sarasbox customer like me(from 3rd world with the most slow internate service)
I believe that sarasbox is a best multiflashing device and have a manual which describes basic flashing procedures for older model phones.I think this manual is written when the first box was designed or made. But right now it is very important to update the manual like the termndouse support updates. we really need to go further with saras box, because it has a solution for many cellphones.

SARAS think over this

perhaps next update will check automatically for flash files for the selected model and select the highest ver disponible on hard disk....
like the process of selecting mcu for patch when unlocking dct4+...it s auto selected if exist, not bad as idea...

I read all posts here, and I have been asking Saras ever since I started with this project to add this option, I even wrote the code to do it, but Saras does not want to add this feature.

is acording what you need to find RM303 or RM304 and which language pack
option to find by current product code, is total nonsece, because we all need change exactly this
so read a pdf files from support and you will catch what you need
mcu is same
