Brand new UFS3 + HWK - GSM-Forum

Hi

I just bought a brand new USF3 + HWK and install the latest version to the PC.

There are fews problem

1) For sony ericsson Z800, I press "go" button and cannot boot the phone, no response from the software try different cable and battery. Finally I have to use cruiser to do. but I want to know what I can check to see if I don't setup properly.

2) For KG225, I choose the lowest speed, 24pin cable, try connect with and without battery, press boot, it just doesn't boot.

I test samsung and nokia is ok.

Pls advise.

You installed it correctly because the other SW for other brands works, maybe the cable has the problem try another SE phone if still the same error.
