product supporter

i ave problem in my hwk "unexecte_box_auth_error 20"
which i bought from an authorized reseller.

as respected odia stated in sticky or faq for this error that conact ur reseller.
when i contacted my reseller he says that he could not help me for this error. or this service is not availble .
kindly advice me what can i do now.

You need to contact your UFS reseller, I say this since its possible your HWK reseller is not the same person.

instaal ufs supportsuiet 2.07 and update firmware ur problame will solve

No Official Reseller will reply this, may be your reseller is not official Reseller (He might be small reseller selling devices purchased from original official resellers). So generate xxxxx.req file and ask him to send that file to main reseller from whom your reseller has purchased the box. This way your req file will be forwarded to original reseller and you will get back your .fbi file to update your box.
