Have this freeze after I scan my box. how will I fix it? or is this normal? good day I try to format again my PC but still have same error.

After vacum from cellular activity for many years, I found only my UFS+HWK still life.
I do love Mr Odia (the saraxbox team) do....

I solved it!

Problem: Often, U have installed an older version, or used the control panel without installing the full support suite version.!
Solution:
1- Uninstall Support Suite Only.
2- Delete folder "UFS Panel" from here : C:\Program Files (x86)\SarasSoft\UFS

3- Reinstall HWK Support Suite Version: UFSx_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.03.00.07.exe (08.MB Size)
4- Run Ufs Panel from Desktop , Just scan box and check box only.
5- Done ..
