Hello and welcome. I have a problem with my hwk ufs, namely I can't see it on the USB port and I can't see the SN. I have the original HWK box. Please help, my windows are 7 and 10. What should I do to make it visible through the UFS panel. I note that I have the message UFS Not Device.

Just updated software and I am feeling like these developers behind HWK are the greatest men of all the times. Honest ..
I don't know why they don't return and make a paid update for HWK ??? We would be ready to pay instantly to these fantastic people.
