hi sir munna,is the server ok,i got problem with my update today

her is the logs

Locating HWK Upgrade server...
HWK Upgrade server found!
Preparing connection to server...
Connecting to HWKUpgrade server...
Server connection successfully established.
Authenticating on server...
Authentication stage error: Server reported error:No more upgrade logs. Please contact your reseller.

but the other works fine with my update

I can't update, keep getting the message below:

plz contact ur reseller if it's appear use update tool...
and it's show the hwk is not connected or dear then just check it replace it and clean it...it start work....

that's what I used, hwk update tool...and it gave ERROR CONNECTING UFS, HWK LOGIN ERROR -1,

Man read the log you posted the software can not detect HWK

If it's not detected, how can it work for Acer and RTP? I can unlock using those two only. The rest say either "Selected device not compatible with Software", or "hwk not authorised, use Update Tool".

raun update tool -> next -> back -> next.
if wont work then replace your hwk with

new one

Man these 2 softwares you mentioned do not need HWK for connection

During the update process the application may appear to hang, but please don't close or terminate the application.

WARNING !!!

If the HWK is a "TRIAL" or affected by 3rd party tools, this software may not work properly, so use at your own risk.

Check your PC firewall/anti virus Disable An update.!
