user code reset in BB5 - GSM-Forum

Hello masters, I need to know if the hwk can reset the user code from the BB5 phones for be unlock.

It can reset user code.
It can not unlock network lock.

My friend what do you mean "teach me"?Come to Latin America and show you how?

Connect the phone,double click "reset user code" and you are done.
If code not reset to 12345,flash the phone with desired files,full factory reset and you should be ok.

Use PM Editor to Read PM and the Security Code, as User Code Reset does not work on most BB5 !!

This works until you get a handset that requires SEC Code even without sim, then only way is to fbus flash.
