When posting about something not working or you have some error, provide some log or screenshot of the problem, posts without any details will be removed without warning.

Threads or posts in the incorrect place will be deleted without any warning.

Threads or posts containing a serial number, HID or screenshot which displays this info will be removed without warning, this is for your own protection.

Threads or posts which have already been answered 1000x times will be removed without warning.

If you have a message from the software, such as "Please contact your reseller" then you should do that, if you have done that and not got any help from them, then state this in your post.

We do this to keep our sub-forum clean and tidy and also make it easier for users to find a solution quickly, we do not delete posts to hide anything or for evil reasons.

Any software posted or linked to, which has not been supplied or approved by us, will be removed without warning.

Posts which insult the Support Team or other forum members will be removed without warning, if you persist you will be reported to the forum Admins/Mods.

This is not a hardware repair section, this forum has some very good sub-forums for that, you should post there instead.

If you have had a post deleted, then you should look for the reason why, do not just post it again.
