yes but reseller offline for one weeks from 28'nd sept 2008,according to idul fitri, because of date,i cant use????

brother before one week i had same problem, i asked for many members but not get any solution so first i update my hwk chip, then export its reg. file ( click on start button then click on RUN, here type regedit, an other window open registery editor, Expand HKEY_Local Machine\software\sarassoft, right click on sarassoft and export save reg. file ) save this reg file in any mmc or pendrive. restore ur computer with the date when u good operate ufs last time.after restoration remove ur old ufs suite and support suite then install support suite 2.08 then double click on .reg file that u save in pen drive then install ufs suite 2.08 ur ufs work fine. i tested 100%

Seems I am not the only one... Exactly the same thing happened to me when updating to 2.08. After the error "install not authorized ... etc" updated again, then I got the error 20. Uninstalled all software and started fresh (because everything was working well with 2.06 and later 2.07) again the error "install not authorized ... etc" But now I have no more logs and my reseller says that box is to old (out of waranty) so no help from him. I feel f*cked because of new software and strange ways of helping people.

I even asked some time ago (think it was around april/may) what it would cost to keep everything in working order without buying new box and new HWK because there is nothing wrong with the hardware.

So if someone has a solution or if some reseller is willing to help us for a reasonable amount I would like to hear it. Or if we have to pay a small fee after the waranty for the software I wouldn't mind either, but this is frustrating.

I would like to thank everyone who is helping us.

Just to keep away the bs posts: I have original Twister and original HWK!
