Q : when i click unlock phone I get this message: “ PROBLEM: Bootloader failed!”
A:
- bad TP adapter;
- wrong TP connection;
- too long "cable + wires" - total length must be less than 30 cm;

- damaged TP on board or in MCU - always use solder iron with 24V heater.

Q: I want to unlock a phone but soft stack at 80,8%.
A: The second generation LoCosto MCU's (fixed boot bug) appear on market.
Seems Sagem SA factory currently release phones based on both MCU types but in same phone type, with same FW signatures.
List of phone where new MCU is already detected :
Sagem my433x, my421Z;
Vodafone 527, 533;
These phones are not supported by any box.

Q: server took 1 CREDIT but phone still locked!!!
A: Send e-mail to [email protected], you will get immediately your code or lost credit.

Q: I tried to unlock a LoCosto based phone, i get unlock code but phone still ask for PHONE CODE and i didn't find it?
A: - The phone code of the LoCosto based phones is shown in the server status window;
- Phone Code can be found in SgCodesFromServer.log too. The file are located in same folder where is SagemDD client

Q: How to remove Phone Code in MY401Z
A:
1. Make "Do the Job" with current SagemDD version. You will get someting like:

Phone code missing, but you need it!

2. Choose "Phone code timer" + "Hardware failure". Make Repair.

Repair completed successfuly.

3. Now do again "Do the Job". Phone must be ON after step 2, also don`t reconnect SagemDD.

Q : How to unlock my700x, my700xi, my730c, my600X, my600v, my850c, my810x, W8…
A: those phones are SonyEricsson based phones and are not supported by any box.
SagDD supports these phones via “special service” (flash de-soldering required).

Q: How to unlock sagem my419x, my519x?
A: It's M90 phone and not supported till now. Or only via “sepecial service”

A: SagemEG is free of charge for every SagDD user who has charged account for
unlocking LoCosto/Sec. Calypso+ phones with minimum 25logs in it (even used)

A: tick “Phone Code Timer” and “Hardware Failure” options then press REPAIR botton.
