2 Days and still waiting for codes


I have registered my box, emailed the correct email with my logs and had 2 replies from Panayot saying for me to register my box!!

Someone tell me WTF is going on because I am losing money here and no-one seems to give a shít about it.....

I resell this product, and can only praise it's ability to unlock, but how can I carry on doing this if you keep me waiting 2 days for unlock codes??

Someone please give me some answers...

Rules followed, and last reply was that it would be sorted, but still no luck!!

Not a very good way to advertise yourself though, and unless it's sorted I will be removing your boxes from my website and will start selling something that provides support!!

Had an email asking me to register again, and wait for confirmation.....

This is a damn joke guys!!

3 times I have registered, and have another 14 handsets to get unlocked, so pull your fingers out and show your worth!!

Mate i had the same trouble when i first got my box from you, they told me that you were not a re-seller and to send the box back to you!

It took a few dasy to get it all sorted.

Yes, well they know who I get my boxes from and obviously they are not clones!!!

If they don't give a damn about supporting their products then they should not be in this business!!

I am losing money and customers, and will definately not buy any more of these boxes again until they redeem themself's by providing support like others!!!

There was no mistake, because I have been registered for 2 months and not had any problems in getting codes until 2 days ago, when they asked me to register again......

And then the trouble started!!!!

If this is not sorted within 1 hours I will edit my site for this box and tell people not to buy this product and send them to this thread!!

If it IS sorted within 1 hour I will keep it as it is!!

I am not saying the product is bad, just that the people behind it are stupid and don't give a damn about customer care!!

And yes, people do need a bit of a kick to get their act together and start to be more focused on supporting than ignoring customer and customer feedback!!

I have now lost over €200 today because they suddenly decide I have to register again.....even though they have provided me with codes before!!

And it just gets me down when they play these silly games!!
