I resell this product, and can only praise it's ability to unlock, but how can I carry on doing this if you keep me waiting 2 days for unlock codes?? Someone please give me some answers... If they don't give a damn about supporting their products then they should not be in this business!! I am losing money and customers, and will definately not buy any more of these boxes again until they redeem themself's by providing support like others!!! And yes, people do need a bit of a kick to get their act together and start to be more focused on supporting than ignoring customer and customer feedback!! I have now lost over €200 today because they suddenly decide I have to register again.....even though they have provided me with codes before!! And it just gets me down when they play these silly games!! |
