Problem My411v Hardware Failure


@Sagem-DD Team

i've recieved one Sagem my411v , my worker didn't check it properly and just unlock it using SAGDD and it calculated the code successfully but when i check it it was saying hardware failure, so when i try to repair i check the box hardware failure Code timer reset and clicking on repair i click again on do job so it again say direct unlock succeeded and deducted 1 more log so i lost 2 logs and fone is still on Hardware Failure and then i connect again and this time i usre Repair button and it give me error that it can't be reapaired, here is the log.

[02/28/08 12:15:42] 2. Press Power ON shortly!
[02/28/08 12:15:42] 1. Remove the battery and then insert it again!
[02/28/08 12:15:42]
[02/28/08 12:16:27] PROBLEM: Repair not possible!



[02/28/08 12:08:40] Server:\> 12 paid credits left.
[02/28/08 12:09:48] Server:\> 35515001120827-3; Code: 04481245-72; Phone Code: 0000
[02/28/08 12:11:38] Server:\> 35515001120827-3; Code: 04481245-72; Phone Code: 0000
[02/28/08 12:13:11] Server:\> 10 paid credits left.

1.Use SagDD V7.3 and fully charged phone battery.
2.Connect to server and plug cable in phone (phone must be off);
3.Check 'Hardware failure' option ONLY, and press |Repair|!
4.Press shortly phone power on btn.
5. etc...


That is correct away!

i'm using v7.3 and if u see my first log and read my post i did the same thing but it says PROBLEM: Repair Not Possible.

I tried that on a sagem my400v and it worked fine and I incredibly I didn't lose credits****s man
