IMEI: 004999010640000 means damaged security area.
If you have Backup_(original IMEI).bin, make Restore defoult lock.
Phone will be repaired successfully!

If you not have Backup_(original IMEI).bin, phone damaged in another shop.
We can`t help.

trie another tool it will fix this prob cos i had the same but i fix it with another tool but for unlock nothing more than sagDD cos sagDD is the best tool for me and the first unloking tool for me

is curious, some devices I have been fixed using the repair function using original imei. but others do not repair
