I have sagem 501c i try to unlock but software say this error

IMEI: 35924100000000-0; PROBLEM: Bootloader failed!
Phone Info: 306452207118 LA5,IJ: 061006 1522; HT (00 2A 05); Phone Code: 0000

Bad TP!

- check/solder TP wires;
- plug phone charger before start;

Insert chargers button "Do the job" not work! remove the chargers is work ok,but

yes with charger plug in phone work good.
Some my501c need charger because i make many without charger.but this ask charger.
