ok i get code today from sever but can't direct unlock so ask for manual entry. when enter, it ask for 17H30 to be unlock! customer is hurry so is there any fast solution to reset counter? it look like many entry was done before!!!!

Sir i'm going to try it but notice that if i ask about it just because in the pass, i try it( reset phone code timer) and this eat me credit before get it back from support!
concerning charge, i think it was normal but don't know why it ask for manual enter code!

Phone code timer repair not take credits!
ABSOLUTELLY!
Repairing procedure starts when you click on big button named REPAIR, not Do the Job.

"Do the Job" button activate basic function for SagemDD and SagemEG unlockers - code calculation or direct unlock .

ok i finaly done it! but when check only "hardware failure (sim lock timer)" it only fail for repair but after check also "phone code timer" successfuly repair!
