Alcatel *** Cannot Unlock - GSM-Forum

I have got one mobile detail below, I want to unlock it i have use Vyg crack, but it give this error ::this id not supported:: i have use VLE5 cable, Please give me right software which i can use and tell me that which cable i can use.

now an not using sfr anymore but the phone ask for Network key, what do i do
