Hi i have a problem to unlock alcatel ot332 refused to be connected i have used many way to connect this phone with plar box- vygis sc also free soft the result still negatif so is there any way to unlock it by emei: Alcatel ot332 ver12c

man just open the phone and solder the teminals well the phone will communicate with pc

For unlocking by imei you need to know the operator it is locked to and the imei then use a paying server.
But first make sure the connection is really impossible. Try deep cleaning the phone connector, using a power supply instead of battery, checking the cable (make sure it's the right one too)...
