Member: 6837 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | TO ZULEA >> BIG PROBLEM WITH YOUR ALCATEL BFxx WIN SOFTWARE PLEASE HELP There is a BIG problem in you ALCATEL bfxxwin software 1) It CAN NOT unlock 511 any version ( i tried on 4 phones all 4 phones are death) 2) There are 2 stock of Alcatel 311/511 available in the market.... A) Stock from the company ( orignal with guarantee) the software does not communicate with this type of phone B) Stock from the Grey market ( from different suppliers) the software can communicate with the type of phone May be there is a problem in this type of Model of Alcatel . 3) The cable is very delicate i connected the cable to phone 3 times and 4th time connector broke ( i had to resolder all connections) I Have READ your USER MANUAL but it does not solve any problem given above.
