i have a problem with phone alcatel ot-e259 maybe you can help me because i can not acces the phone book the message is "phone busy" what can i do?how can i recover the contacts that were saved in the phone memory (phonebook stored in memory phone)? if i put the sim in another phone i can read the contacts that are saved on the sim. but on this alcatel i can not acces the contacts any more and i have saved the contacts in the phone memory .so how can i recover the contacts?

What's the tool you are using for repair E221 and E259?

hello

i need to convert alcatel Exx series from 850Mhz to normal gsm band they are models like E157a 161a etc etc

after flashing with normal file still no network ..any one can give me hardware modifications for network ?

hi i think ffs file of phone is broken and you can save yours contact because when you will repaire this problem by flashing ffs file old ffs file still erase sorry

Thanks, My Alcatel OT355 problem:- Either Orange or Emtel: Suddenly I was unable to make any outgoing call even on same network. BUT i can sent SMS, MMS and also receive any incoming calls. Had try removing and re-install all network setup. still same problem... Most grateful for help

I have a pop d3 when i turn on the WiFi the phone will switch its self off then on again but stay in the first process of booting then off then on endlessly any one any ideas
