alcatel vm575 1060 phone resticted how to unlock.i have unlock code.how to enter unlock code,i will try *#0000*code# not work.please help.

Any insert simcard put phone ask unlock code?

First rule, Putting a SIM Card from another company.
If the phone does not ask for the code, do the Hard Reset
When the phone has with 0 attempts appears this message:
"Slot Permanently Locked".
If this message appears only with Flash is resolved
