Hi
985N while updating, suddenly PC power off. after upgrade , upgrade successfully but mobile not power on
any solution please..........

Read pro_info, do full format from SPFT,
write preloader, boot, uboot, recovery and readed pro_info,
after just continue with update.
It must work.

Do search on this section, i already posted roms,
And everything needed.

Idea aurus should be model as i remember

EDIT:

ROM1 and ROM2

scatter files inside, working rom (from alcatel support, same as sugar downloads)

one of my friend Alcatel service he did software upgrade with sugar mtk.

Dear BRKA,
with scatter file flash with SPTL mobile power on working good. we upgrade, again mobile dead.
again we flash with your kind support scatter file with SPTL.
what is the wrong?

I cant tell for sure, but never mind if phone works with my flash.

Does it have all correct languages, imei etc? If yes... Its all fine.

I upgraded many phones, always was fine....


Maybe some partitioning issue, who knows....


Btw. OTU downloads those same files, make full format with backup nvm
And later flash and restore.
