Can you please share again that flash file for 1066D single Sim with Portuguese language? It whould be very much appreciated. If you still have it somewhere.

I just want to let people know one tip that I needed to resolve the problem I was having.

If for whatever reason the new firmware does not appear to work,
check the IMEI code of the phone on the back. and then type *#06# to see what the phone has it set to.
if they are not the same. then what you need to do to fix this is to type #*8378#1# into the phone to enter the secret menu and wait a moment,
(I had to wait 10 seconds for the secret menu to appear.)

then enter Para Set
then enter Update IMEI number

you need to leave the letter "a" at the beginning and just erase all the numbers and type in the number on the phones back case.

this fixed the issue I was having.

I have some Alcatel 1066G and it is a NEWPA phone.

1066G-2ATBHU5

AZLB08

I have a job, to flash Spanish/Portugese language to these phones.
I flashed with all of the flash files from one of the box support, but the camera is not working after flashing.
On the original phone with original firmware, the camrera was working and if i dump the firmware from another phone and write back the original sw than the phone works well. Only i miss the language.

What could be the problem?
How can we solve it.

Hi friend. Yes i can confirm that. i have exactly the same problem in hands.
I managed to flash portuguese firmware but the PA Version is not correct and
camera cant open. If you find a solution please let me know.
