Someone know procedure for hard reset? i try # + power on but not work...

It should be * + # + Power On, have you tried that ?
If that doesnt work too ... will check in factory documents ...

You can also post original phone PID (ie: 3088X-2xXXXXx)

I found some procedure ....

Hi,
I have the very same problem, my Alcatel 3088 doesnt start ad just keeps getting stuck on the logo / startup screen.

I tried all the different key combinations but none of them brings me to a recovery / hard reset menu.

Any other ideas? My PID is 3088X-3AALWE1. (I also wrote to alcatel support but they just losed my ticket :( )

On this link you have flasher and firmware ( chose one with unlock in name)
To boot device in flash mode keep green call button and attach to pc.
