Alcatel 4007x hang at logo
 

Hello masters.
i have alcatel 4007x with hang on logo.i did read the scater file from same working phone.
but when i try to flash with sp flash tool its give me this error

BROM ERROR;S_FTHND_FILE_NOT_LOADED_YET (5007)

PLZ HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

i try already its says device is already have upgraded firmware

thanks for your help sir but realy i dont understand this whole methode.i do have same working phone with same pid.so plz explain me how can i do flash phone with sp flash tool.here is screen shot of error and both phones.

You can clone the working phone, and write it to dead phone.

Open scatter file in text editor, check address of "cache" partition,
Open spft, load scatter file,
Use that cache address as length under "memory read" tab, select save location,
Press read, connect working phone, wait to finish.

Now for dead phone - load scatter file, and do full format.
Under memory write option, load that readed file, select emmc storage,
Press write memory, connect dead phone, wait for writing done,
Power on phone in recovery mode, volume up + power on, do wipe data/cache,
And after reboot, you should have working phone.

ok let me tell you somthing sir.the file wich i have that is you are the one who is uploaded some where in this forum so my question is can i use that file or i can read from working phone?

If you have totally dead phone, use method i described.

If phone power on but hang, then you can flash any rom.

You can also make standard firmware for spft from working phone.

Google it "how to make flash tool firmware with mtk droid tools"

my phone is hang on logo.i try to flash new rom wich is i read by working phone but its gives me error wich is post above.plz help me to get out of this problem.

Use some other spft from my posts, v3.1444,
Format the phone, if it pass, use tesrpoint merhod,
Write rom_0 file and it will be alive.

If same errros,
Then its not a software problem. The end.

ok i will do it.thanks for help so much sir.but even when i try to upgrade with upgrade software its says YOU SELECT A WRONG MODEL NAME......and this phone was ok condition i was just try to learn how to flash this phone with sp tool but by some mistake its hang on logo now.so its 100% software problem sir.sir if u feel free can u plz check on team viwer.thanks for help me alot sir.

i configure out a problem and i think thats the problem so thats how i cant flash my phone with sp tool.lets just see ii plz.

i thing those files are there but thy dont have the path.so plz tell me what should i do.coz when i deselct these files than other files are flash done normaly to phone without any problem.

First of all, you have wrong scatter file, rename it to MT6575_Android_Scatter_emmc.txt

Second, when you tick some files, you need to click/double click that row,
and open file dialog will open, to select file from folder.

Third, if after all or that it still reports error, you probably formatted phone,
And will need to use testpoint to flash preloader and dsp_bl
After that, flash phone normally.

now iam at stage of upgrade with mobile upgrade software.so when i flash with PRO_INFO file wich you post on other thread mobile upgrade software says dont have upgraded file its already upgrade so than i edit PRO_INFO file but after edit and write to the phone when i try to upgrad mobile upgrade software says you select wrong name or model etc etc.so plz explain me how to edit pid correctly coz i know iam doing somthing wrong thats how i cant edit pid correctly.thanks in advance.

i do have note++ and i did open PRO_INFO fie with it but realy dont know what to do.plz help me sir
