I Tried With This Firmware But Cellphone Still Hang At "Pop D5" Logo.

My Cellphone Is Idea Alcatel 5038D Version : 2CIJIN3

Is There Any Version Available For My Cellphone Please ?.

My handset was hang on logo solved by ur file.........

At least, phone should boot up, as far as I know.

Maybe you did not flashed all files ? custpack.img and system.img files
are mandatory to be flashed, together, and usually custpack missing,
or corrupted in phone makes phone hang on logo.

re-check all again (check attached picture), and re-flash.
after flashing, enter recovery and do factory reset.

if that don't work, try to install second attached rom file,
from custom recovery.

Dear Friend,

What Was The Problem Before Flash ?.

Why would anyone flash alive and working handset, that's the first question ?

Second, you didn't post any details of phone condition before flash.


Anyway, there is always some procedure to follow, which I wrote many times here on forum :

- Check if battery is charged enough (3.8+ volt)
- Download attached scatter file, put it in unpacked ROM folder
- Open SPFT and load scatter from ROM folder (MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc_5038D.txt)
- Do phone flashing, see if it becomes alive.
- If not, make full format from SPFT and retry flashing operation.
- After finished, enter recovery and make Wipe Data / Cache, reboot phone
- First boot takes some lonfer time

If you followed those steps, you should have working phone.

If you have IMEI problem (no imei/missing), use another scatter file,
and flash NVRAM partition.

phone is rooted after flash this both "MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc_5038D"

and "MT6582_Android_scatter" set is dead.


any solution for this problem.

sir my 5038D, when power on or connect chager it showes pop d5 logo and goes to recovery mode, volume keys are ok , i flashed phone with this Full Russian ROM for unbrick (for SPFT) but same condition, what should i do now?

Open phone, desolder volume up key, put battery and check if it still goes to recovery by itself,
just to be 100% sure it's not software problem.
