Hi,

You can flash this BIN file with any professional tools which tools have already supported.

- Vodacom Tanzania (VDTZ) firmware have Sim-Lock + Firmware Hard-Lock. (from 1st post)
- Vodacom South Africa (VDZA) don't have any network Lock.

Thanks a lot Brka! Always trying to help! Another sugestion, you can extract firmware from an unlocked phone and flash the locked phone!
