It is absolutely normal,
since OTU updater restores phone to stock factory (operator) state,
so it will also restore simlock.

Simply unlock your phone via code / some commercial box.

can fix it by flash phone

Flashing will not remove sim-lock (although, reflashing certain zones can remove sim-lock).
