Don't exists such model. Nearest model that exists is MW41VF (MIFI 41),
or MW41NF (MIFI 41 GL)

If you need that MW41NF files, drop PM.

Hello! I also have a problem with my router. Maybe someone will help with the firmware? When you connect to the Internet in the browser menu displays an error message(no number, just written error). When the device is connected to the network, all the lights flash, it feels like the router is rebooting. This continues for some time and then it seems to stop. NCK code does not ask.

My modem was mw41nf not mw40 are diferent,check for software and flash .br,maxpatri9

Due to the greed and re-posting roms on several scamming blogs/sites (without crediting original poster),
there probably won't be any more rom's for alcatel modems in the future,
at least not from my side.
