hi , I have dead phone 7040k ,I try to connect it to upgrade tool but it did not connect, I need a firmware plz

it fix the preloader, mobile turn on but after logo appear screen return black , I try to uncheck mobile info , cache and user data then install but the same , mobile don t turn on normaly only get to recovery

If flashing went fine, with no errors - then it's hardware fault.
ROM I posted is original stock rom for 7040k Cape Verde.

hi I flash the firmware with another phone stuck on logo, first I flash it without preloader mobile open but give error on the system, then I flash all the firmware , the mobile go to death, so I think this firmware in not fine , to thos who get the firmware from here, make backup first before u try this

Firmware is perfectly fine, original factory one,
For Cape Verde 7040k.

You may be doing something wrong,
Or using wrong spflashtool.
Or... In worst case, phone may have hardware issues.

Try with older one, 3.14xxxx
Look for other 7041/7040 threads for flasher,
Or type in search spflashtool

(I lost whole cloud storage with all files earlier ...)

If phone power on, DONT FLASH PRELOADER !
(untick preloader, then flash all rest)
