Member: 1363848 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Try the upgrade tool from alcatel support it is called Mobile Upgrade S Gotu2 v5.2.2 Setup exe I can't provide the link because it's not allowed yet to me. but you can find that under alcatel support. If this not work you need to convert the firmware above to octopus firmware to flash it with this box. Also try to check using BOX check the FlashIC under extra tab if it is RW/ read and write.
