Help for Alcatel 1V (2020) - 5007U - Bootloop

Hi! Long story short: I was trying to root my Alcatel 1V (2020) - 5007U and I've bricked it.

First I unlocked the Bootloader, and I lost the IMEI (I have the original IMEI in a paper, so I can put it again if possible)
I tryed to fix de IMEI, but all solutions had to get the smartphone rooted, so I tryed to use Magisk (with e bootIMG that I got on Internet)

After doing that thing we sould NEVER do: Format Whole Flash in SPT.

I tryed to get the original firmware but no success.
- Using the Alcatel software Mobile Upgrade S Gotu2 it does not recognize my device
- I got 2 firmwares searching in Google. They are supposed to be from this model, but I can't garantee.
One is ALCATEL_5007U_Firmware MT6765__10__QP1A.190711.020 it has Scatter file and the other files but I'm getting error when flashing it in SP Flash Tool - Sometimes I get error while downloading recoveryIMG and sometimes in md1imgIMG (I don't know if this file is important).

The other firmware is Alcatel 5007U Unlock Network MDM Remove Repair Firmware IaasTEam. Is does not have any Scatter file, but it has the other files (IMG). So I made Scatter file using the original (5007 sca that was in the folder of the Mobile Upgrade S Gotu2. I changed the file names of the IMG and tryed to flash again with SP Flash Tool.
This time I get error again in the md1imgIMG file!!! But this time is:
ERROR : STATUS_SEC_IMG_TYPE_MISMATCH (0xC002002A)
HINT: Verified boot is enabled.
Please download signed image(md1img-verifiedIMG) or disable verified boot.

Another thing that gives me error and I'm confused in Scatter File is that in both firmwares I have a big file called SUPERIMG that starts in 0x5A000000 and ends in 0x177800000. But he next files (ODM) starts in 0x5A100000 (it starts before the SUPER ends). Also has ODM starts in 0x5A100000; PRODUCT ; SYSTEM ; and VENDOR . This last one ends in 0x177800000. So I think I must choose if I wan't to flash the SUPER (and delete the 4 other files from the Scatter) or flash those 4 and delete SUPER from Scatter. Because If I let them all, it gives error in SP Flash.

NOTE: I'm using bypass_utility_master because the DA files I got in Internet didn't work in SPF.

Anyone has a working Original ROM for Alcatel 1V 2020 - 5007U?
Or anyone can give me another hint?

now, format again (without formatting preloader),
use original scatter.txt from your device,
write proinfo from that post (secure partitions archive),
after that use mobile upgrade, see if it will restore device

Hi!
I already used Mobile Upgrade and downloaded the last version of firmware. The phone is working now:).
The BIG problem now is that IMEI is 000000000000000.
I don't have NVRAM backup.

The Engineering mode seems that don't work in the model (I saw a solution to write the IMEI back again in the Engineering mode).

I try to use some software Maui META v10.1816.0.1; Miracle Thunder 2.82; but they don't connect to my phone because it has security boot (I need DA files). In SP Flash Tool I use the bypass_utility-master that creates a COM port instead and I use change in connection. But I cant put this bypass_utility-master working with these 2 softwares.

I got the AUTH and BIN files (DA) from Mobile Upgrade software but it does't work.

Do you know some other way to change back IMEI? (I know my 2 original IMEI's)

Best regards,
Filipe

I tryed to root it with Magisk because I saw some software to change IMEI but for rooted devices.
My phone has boot. IMG and boot2. IMG.

If I download (with SP Flash Tool) the pached boot from magic only to BOOT, it does not root and the phone works normaly. If I download the patched boot for BOOT and BOOT2 partitions, when I reboot the phone I get an error:

Red State
Your device has failed verification and may not work properly.
Please download boot image with correct signature or disable verified boot.

Your device wil reboot in 5 seconds.

I downloaded again the original BOOT and BOOT2 and the phone works again.

PS: I made a file compare and BOOT and BOOT2 are equal.

Hi Again!

This time I installed Modem META v10.2044.0.2 and made it connect with MTK Auth Bypass Tool v16.0.0.0:04:01:2022

Cicked on Load DB, From target, Sucessfull
Then open the function IMEI Download, it reads the IMEI from device (000000000000000 for both)
I change the IMEI, but when I click on Write, it gives an error: Write IMEI to targed failed

To be able to root, looks like bootloader must be unlocked,
otherwise - verification failed (dm-veracity failed)

about imei ... bad thing is that factory upgrade didnt solve it,
and that may mean another bad thing, that i see on Wiko phones too,
they implemented some signing on imei/simlock part,
and stopped using OTP imei (where used - it rebuilds imei area from otp zone)

next thing to try is in some repair service,
on some of popular commercial unlock boxes (cm2, nck, etc.)

no other ideas.
formatting the phone was total devastating idea, looks like.

I will try to search someone near by with unlock boxes :(

I lost the IMEI for the 1st time when I unlocked the bootloader.
I saw some people that happened the same, and when they relocked the bootloader the IMEI showed again.
But I read also that sometimes we relock booloader and we cannot unlock it again. It's true?

I only unlocked it 1 time, then I formated it and reinstalled new ROM... I've checked and it's locked again (maybe because I formated it)

What do you think of this idea: Unlock the bootloader again, and try to relock it back again?
What would be the best command for relock it with adb/fastboot?

Best regards,
Filipe Pereira

Again: If you formatted the phone ... your NVRAM data is gone for good.
If MauiMeta or some of boxes cannot repair it - only solution would be board swap,
or if device is still in warranty - Official TCL repair center.
