I have same issue with my Alcatel 7024w from T Mobile USA - bought unlock code,but have no option to put the code in :(

because counter was blocked. u need to full wipe phone and than u will have posibiliuty to enter code.

CLIFFORD25502 :but it does not help me-I did full wipe from recovery and from menu too so many times without any progress :(
in engineer mode is simme lock option grayed ...Think need reflash it,but booloader is locked and there is no firmware/update/ to download too :(

Where u read that u need do wipe from recovery? u need to wipe it via adb ( adb wipe all ), but seems needed root for it.

Have problem to switch Fierce in fastboot mode...enabled developer mode,usb debugging selected,power+volume down start,but it doesnot stop on android(?!?)and adb commands dont see Fierce on cable...

Here is what you need to do. You need a differnt sim that don't go to the phone put it in the phone after taking out the original one put 2 sim in and wait to a phone key pad shows in put 23385694 and it should unlock your phone

Friend! With counter blocked !!!?

U must format it in recovery mode(Voldown+PowerON, navigate with volume buttons to clear eMMC, and then press the middle key on the touch).
It will ask for the nck after U did it. ;)

as the thread starter said many times he already did reset on recovery mode and NO LUCK!!! read posts before reply!!!

1 - Switch ON your Alcatel with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
2 - When the message "Enter Network Key" appears, enter the Unlock Code.

*NOT ACCEPTED : means, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Alcatel is locked to.

OR

1 - Switch ON your Alcatel WITHOUT SIM Card,
2 - Then compose : *#0000*CODE#,
3 - To finish compose : *#0001*CODE#.
