Need serbian language rom for alcatel pop 7047D

Help me find the rom with the Serbian language for Alcatel ot pop C9 7047D.

Download your ROM - HERE

Download SPFlashTools - HERE

Unpack rom, Unpack SPFT, Start SPFT, option "scatter load",
open scatter from ROM folder (only one txt file),
press DOWNLOAD, connect powered off phone to cable, wait to finish.
Restart phone. the end.

p.s. ALL USER DATA (contacts, photos etc,) will be lost !!!
