Alcatel One Touch 6010D - Keys at the bottom of the screen don't work - GSM-Forum

I have this mobile since a few days, and I remark that the bottom keys (Back key, Home Key and Apps Key) don't work if one or other function is opened. So I need always to restart the phone.
Has any one also this problem ? And what to do ?

i want to hard reset ma 6010d,but any time i hold and press the volume up and the power keys together,it brings the android with the exclamation sign...pls need ur help
