Not sure on the S853x but i have been using old MPX200 car chargers on the E801 no problem these are old model MPX chargers though that have the same connection as the V3 but wont charge them but my newer V3 chargers charge both handsets the MPX and the new P2K models but have not tried one of these yet on a Alcatel but dont see why it will not work.

yes its same charger
v3 and s853 alcatel is same
charge output 5vcc 500~600 ma

Yes Mini Usb have same pinout .

There are 4 wire's on this usb , 2 for charge and 2 other for data connexion where :

1- VCC 5+
4- Gnd

Charger is same , tried by me many times

ALL PINOUT OF THIS IS same don worry alcatel motorola HTC sagem(my501) are (mini-usb)is ISO if your alcatel burn i send you N95
