Alcatel 4034F after flash white lcd - GSM-Forum

phone was in working state , i tried to root with twrp it went to bootloop so i tried flash and now white screen

file tried ot-4034X-2XALGB1_Original_SPFT_ROM_by_bRkA.7z

i have only box logs of working state

This software ot-4034X-2XALGB1_Original_SPFT_ROM_by_bRkA.7z, has worked for me many times! Flash it via SP_Flash_Tool, untick preloader!

There is probably some difference in Display driver (preloader + boot maybe),
and that's the cause of White screen.

Can you post original PID of the phone ? (written on the back sticker, ie: 4034F-2xXXXXx)

Post #2. Your device is retail PID, should upgrade/reflash without problem ...
test and post results.

Or ... I found some 4034F ROM ... take a try. Just, whatever you do - DONT FULLY format phone. Never.

in short ... you need to unlock bootloader, if I remember well, for that model.

How to be sure - flash ONLY recovery.img from SPFT,
(check which version is android, and use corresponding recovery.img - android 5 or android 6)
after that try to enter recovery while holding volume up + power on
If that fails, or device stays on bootloop ...
Reflash device with Mobile Upgrade, to get it back to life, and then ...

- in phone menu: settings / about / tap 5 times on build, to enable developer options
- enable usb debugging,
- see if there is option "OEM Unlock", if yes - enable it
- via adb, issue command :
* adb reboot bootloader
- or
* adb reboot fastboot
- via adb (fastboot) issue command
* fastboot oem unlock
- or
* fastboot oem unlock-go
- check phone display and confirm
- wait for phone to boot up
- power it off, and repeat flashing recovery.img
- check if phone will enter recovery (twrp).

test and post results.

Hello,
I have the same issue with a

4034F 2AALID1

that seems coming from Asia Indonesia

I've tried the stock firmware for the 4034F but it shows white screen and I can hear the sound of the phone starting to boot, but nothing changes.

I will try the rom you linked before cause it seems a bit smaller 805 mega vs the stock i've found and tried, and then i'll update

update: both the firmware from mobilesolutionnru and the recovery TWRP 4034F you posted before are not working

any suggestions?

have you tried Mobile upgrade ?

phone is retail model, should update with it
