For all country pass but from my ( ORANGE Ivory cost ) no support . when unlock after phone turn off on Alcatel . i try write new imei same . S.os help for solve .

Read before . NB: can unlock for all country except Orange ivory cost . if comes of othetrs country unlock possible but from me no possible .

to fix your problem, you have to use mmodule latest version. after just write the phone imei and all is ok

does it mean infinity can not unlock this model because i tried before but i also got the same problem as in auto power off after unlock.
