can somebody here please show me what part should it touch with my problem???? it has no lights both on screen and keypad...

check BL_5V voltage ,you can measure the voltage at PCAP output IC

I had a similar problem just replace the diode-fuse E960 which is in the back of the card near the U960 "download schematics" fate
