moto x1022 mic problem i change mic 4 5 times but some some time work and same problem sir please any body on line solution me permanent work mic

my moto e xt1022 phone is not getting on and while we tries to on it it is vibrates but not getting on pls anybody give online solution

Check battery 1st if booting into bootloader mode flash vit firmware
