motorola c168 keypad jam and auto on and off itself


i have a motorola c168 keypad jam and auto on and off itself. i already solder the keyboard connector on keyboad side and pcb side, but still keypad hang and auto on and off.

Please help

first clean well the pcb of phone & also keyboard ui board then check

there is no water damaged from the phone, but anyway i already clean what u have mentioned, but ths problem stil same.

the symptom is hang at (Insert Card), not hang at MOTOROLA logo. Is this a software problem?
