motorola moto e help

hi.i got a motorola moto e with battery connector that was pulled from board.i have the battery connector resoldered to board but still not powering on.light for charging comes on when connect charger.examined board and noticed 2 components next to battery connector missing from board.anybody know if they are connected to battery connector circuit .can i apply jumper to them.see attached image.
