Motorola v9
 

motorola v9 was brought to me client said phone is locked but if no simcard inside the phone display well but if you insert in simcard phonr hang on log what is the problem its my first time to work on such motorola is beacause it is locked ????? what can i do???

they try to unlock it by code and the phone get freeze on logo.
