Unhappy

I really don't know what I'm doing! I can't even find where to post a new question on this site, anyway I hope someone can help me! I have a V551, and this is probably my fifth one of these phones! Why? Because when they break I call this number for exchange by mail (think it's cingular), and they just send me a new phone as long as there is no physical damage done to the phone. The last time I sent one back was about 2 months ago, and they sent it back along with a new phone and I had to pay $115, because they said it had physical damage. Well, I am tired of this process, and my newest phone is now not working!! It is usually the screen that goes out on my previous ones, but this one was working just fine, and I woke up one day, and realized that I hadn't received a phone call all day, which was really strange! Checked my phone, and I couldn't use any of the keypad, except the end, on/off button. When I turn off and power back up, it says searching of network for several seconds, then my main normal screen comes up, but still I can not use any of the keys, they don't even make any noise, when I try pushing on them. The side buttons don't work either. Called cingular tech support, and they told me once again to call the exchange by mail place, and get a new phone! It takes several days to receive the phone, and I only have them for a little bit before the whole process starts again!! Anyone have any suggestions on this? I have taken it apart, but really don't know what to look for once I get in it! Help please! I would appreciate any suggestions!
