Please someone help me
 

:(My son is deceased and he had a new Motorola KZRZ K1 phone but he has put an unlock code and changed the security code and I can't check his messages or get into the phonebook. Is there anyway that I can bypass and unlock these features on his phone? It was manufactored in Singapore so they are not willing to help me at Motorola. I would just like to hear his messages. Thanks to anyone who can help me. There was no USB cable or anything but the phone and his case. I don't even have the charger for it or a user manual.

Most phone stores doing unlocking have the proper equipment to read the security code for a small fee. As far as the voice mail goes, the account holder can request it to be reset by the service provider. Service providers usually either text or email the instrctions.
