XT910 battery unknown, question mark


Hi , I have a problem , I changed the battery on the phone and icon battery show question mark (red) , i give clear chash and hard reset without success...

please help me...

Have u clean the pin of the battery attachment on the board if that doesn't work may be u should take your phone to a repair shop I think. Hope that will help u

Just unplug the battery and plug it back on the device if that doesn't help try charging the battery with the desktop charger . Hope it helps u .if this dosent work try changing your battery .

The battery is poor in these cellular phones that's why it's so much pain.
