4 log file lost on bb5 sever n73 can not unlock - GSM-Forum

hi griffen team pls help i can try to unlock nokia n73 test point 100% ok and phone can not unlock i stop sotware and reset pc than start run software and press unlock give error

box error
!!!!!!BOX ERROR!!!!!
and log file lost
again i press unlock test point 100% ok and after 3 min software goes hang and one more log lost
pls check and refound my lost log file
pls help me
