first try with other files, and try to flash set at lower speed

I used this flash files on all my RM-1 phones, without problem

how was the phone before flashing, was it works normally?
try "disable vpp".

it seems flashing normaly probably bad flash IC, What was reason for flash that phone?

the reason for flashing was, restarting problem

the phone works well, but sometimes restarts...

VPP is DISABLED. no result

the phone original firmware was 6.030308
i upgraded it to 6.050308
u mean, lower version may help??!

i flashed many 6630 with mt without any problem

try full erase handset and reflash it.......and some times restarting may cause bad RAP/flash ic if phone is used and some times fall on the ground byt in this case it will give error on flashing process or booting.....so i never faced problem like yours when flashing 6630 with MT.....check also PCB for water damage etc.

once bb5 phone is flashed higher version you cant donwgrade
so your version is only 6.050308 from now on

also there isnt erase flash option for bb5 phones(@tostefo)
this erase files are for erase ADL loader in case that phone not booting
here phone is booting very well i think

in other cases i agree with tostefo

try with other cable(are your cable remaded) 5.7k-6.1k on bsi

i did it before, without problem on all 6630
i have problem on this unit only.

I tested my cable before, cable is ok

I tried downgrade too, no result
