can't calculate ask-rpl for simlock counter for n70

I try to send ask and I get this:

Finding GTI on COM187... OK
Using GTI Account: GTI0047F5B2
Server IP: 213.16.42.125, Box_SN: GTI0047F5B2
Connect... Resp: o/0110/hello there
Login...OK, available count 460;

e/400/command execution error;

please any help?
